The Institute is designed to serve male and female residents ages 13 to 17 who demonstrate past, emerging, or current disturbances in age-appropriate adaptive functioning and problem-solving, psychological functioning, behavior, and family functioning. The severity and complexity of these disturbances is deemed to require 24-hour monitoring and supervision within a structured therapeutic setting.
All inquiries and requests for admission are referred directly to the Admissions Director. The admissions director is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Educational Loans
Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify. If you’re interested in determining if you would qualify for a private loan, we work with an independent loan organizations. Loans can cover tuition, enrollment fees and miscellaneous expenses including transportation to and from the program. They feature multiple loan products with competitive rates, and a possible deferral of interest for up to 6 months with no prepayment penalties or cancellation fees.
LOAN QUALIFICATION PROCESS
Aspen’s Loan Financing is not available to the general public, and can only be secured by going through a pre-qualification process.
You may begin the financing process by completing our online pre-qualification form.
In most cases, pre-qualification requests are processed within one to two business days. The qualification process is simple, and is based upon your ability to meet the following three requirements:
- A satisfactory credit score
- At least two years of suitable credit history
- Sufficient proof of income
Once you have been pre-qualified, an experienced loan consultant will assist you in identifying the best loan options for your family.
